Every commission follows the same process — whether it’s a garden room frame or a dining table. This is how we work.
Step 1
Conversation
You tell us what you need. We ask questions — about the space, the use, the material, the budget, the timeline. Most projects start with a phone call or a site visit. No charge, no obligation.
Step 2
Design
We produce CAD drawings to your brief. For frames and structures, this includes engineering calculations and planning support where needed. For furniture, we sketch options and agree dimensions, species, and finish. You approve before we cut anything.
Step 3
Timber Selection
We select timber from our stock — or source specifically for your project. You’re welcome to visit the sawmill and choose boards yourself. We know every piece in the yard.
Step 4
Fabrication
Joints and profiles are cut on our CNC. Surfaces are hand-finished. Frames are trial-assembled in the workshop before delivery. Furniture is built, fitted, and finished to your spec.
Step 5
Delivery & Installation
We deliver to site and, for frames and structures, assemble with our own crew. Furniture is delivered and placed. We don’t hand off to subcontractors — the team that built it is the team that installs it.
